- Respond to user queries, triage requests, and debug reported issues to support the Murex FXO system from front to back.
- Gather requirements, develop test plans, and support delivery for prioritized enhancements.
- Consistently communicate with multiple stakeholders, including front-facing users, downstream teams, and vendor contacts, to coordinate ongoing work.
- Support ongoing maintenance of JIRA and ServiceNow spaces, ensuring BAU documentation remains up to date.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Business Systems Analyst (BSA), or Analyst.
- 3+ years of recent experience in Capital Markets, covering front-to-back-office workflow (Trading, Risk, Back Office, Regulations, Front Office).
- 3+ years of experience conducting BAU support for capital market users, including:
- Working with users
- Triaging issues & coordinating resolution with multiple teams
- Requirement gathering
- MUREX (preferred) or Wallstreet experience is a strong asset.
- Databases: MS-SQL is a strong asset.
- Experience with FX Markets.
- Unix/Linux Bash scripting experience is an asset.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing ETL tools.
