We seek a Sales Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes, driving demand, and mastering the art of technical sales. Your core responsibilities encompass client acquisition and relationship cultivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs, and get to know their challenges, both technical and business-related.
  • Show potential customers how SysAid can solve their problems with clear, engaging presentations.
  • Plan your sales strategy, work with internal teams, and guide deals to the finish line.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and what sets us apart.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to the final handshake, you'll be in charge.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales as an AE.
  • 2+ years in B2B sales or business development – you know how to connect with businesses and drive results.
  • Experience closing deals in fast-moving sales cycles (30-90 days) – you can move quickly while handling complex sales.
  • Strong communication skills- whether on the phone, in virtual meetings, or during technical presentations, you know how to engage and persuade.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Confident negotiator – you're comfortable discussing business terms with IT teams, procurement, and senior decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – we value skills and experience just as much as formal education!
