We're hiring for a full time Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager at our facility in Kingsville!
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Salary is negotiable based on experience
- Full time, Monday - Friday (40 hrs/week minimum)
- Occasional overtime as required
Responsibilities:
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all company operations
- Design, implement and evaluate EHS programs and training initiatives across Canada and the US
- Provide strategic leadership to the EHS team, ensuring alignment with legislation and company standards
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and internal audits
- Lead ESG related environmental initiatives and support corporate sustainability efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of related EHS experience, preferably in agriculture or manufacturing
- Joint Health & Safety Certification
- Strong understanding of OHSA and regulations
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office
