We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our dispatch team. (Starting at $27)

Overview:

· Dispatching Pump Trucks & Crews to sites to ensure effective customer relations in a timely, cost-effective and safe manner

· Customer Service

· Scheduling Daily Construction Jobs

· Multitasking is an asset

· Collecting Daily Job sheets, reviewing information preparing for Invoicing/Payroll

Relationships with Other Jobs:

· Drivers

· Sales personnel

· Operations Manager

· Invoicing Clerk - Project Coordinator

· Payroll – HR

· Internal or external maintenance shops for truck maintenance, servicing, and availability Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent

· Knowledge of Concrete Pump Trucks & Crew operations and the construction industry.

· Knowledge of concrete truck capacities.

· Knowledge of Calgary Area roadways, municipalities, and geography.

· Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate and manage changes.

· Ability to multi-task and meet competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Timeliness and ability to meet deadlines. Good computer skills, including use of Windows-based programs.
