About the Opportunity:
Our client, an innovative and expanding real estate organization, is seeking an experienced and ambitious accounting professional to join their leadership team. This position begins as an Accounting Manager, with a clearly defined path to transition into a CFO role as the company grows.

This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building scalable financial operations while contributing to strategic planning at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the internal bookkeeping team

• Manage tax preparation, compliance, and strategic planning

• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reconciliations

• Support the financing and acquisition of real estate assets

• Design and implement scalable financial systems and reporting structures

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on financial forecasting and strategy

Qualifications:

• CPA designation required

• 4-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in real estate or a similar industry

• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and payroll processing

• Proven leadership, organizational, and time management skills

• Experience with tax planning and financial compliance

• Valid driver's license required
