Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance of Electronic assemblies according to MIL-STD-883 (Space, Aerospace), with minimum 2 years' experience
2. Inspection of Hybrid Microelectronics Assemblies (ICs & Modules), Modules and MMICs and using high power Microscope
3. Perform Non-destructive testing (pull tests (NDT) on wire and ribbon bonds, etc. Inspect Hybrid Circuits for defects such as defective or improperly placed dice, defective bond wires, missing components, ceramic substrate defects, improper Manufacturing documentation
4. Operate Hybrid inspection equipment such as high-power Microscope
5. Attention to details and Ability to read and interpret MILSPEC drawings
6. Raise Nonconformance /Anomaly/ Discrepancy reports with photographs of defects, as applicable
7. Collect record and summarize inspection results
Education and experience:
- High School Diploma (Minimum)
- Diploma/Quality Certification.
- Minimum 1 year quality inspection experience in hybrid circuits and/or semiconductor manufacturing industry
Skills/Requirement
1. Must be able to read and understand MILSPEC drawings, schematics and instructions
2. Good knowledge of MIL-STD-883 requirements
3. Knowledge of AS9100/ ISO 9001 Quality management procedures Maintain detailed and accurate QA inspection records
4. Strict compliance with ESD, FOD control and Clean room space industry practices
5. Computer skills ( Excel,etc.)
6. Ability to write reports in English
7. Excellent hand/eye coordination using microscopes
8. Multi-tasking in a high mix production environment
9. Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
10. Communication skills in English to interact with other departments such as (Engineering, Production, Purchasing, etc.)
