Assistant Parts Manager– Murray Honda, Chilliwack BC
Join our team at MURRAY HONDA as an ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER in our Honda Parts Department. We're looking for a motivated and experienced professional to help manage daily operations and ensure top-notch customer service. Customer service, integrity and respect are the foundation of our organization. As a small team we place a heavy emphasis on teamwork and communication.
Job Duties:
Assist in managing inventory, ordering and stocking parts.
Support the FIxed Operations Manager in daily operations.
Provide excellent customer service to technicians and retail customers.
Work with individuals to understand their needs
Work with individuals to ensure product arrives quick and accurately.
Ensure accuracy in parts transactions and invoicing.
Complete routine bin checks to maintain inventory accuracy
Additional duties assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
2-3 years relevant experience in an Automotive Dealership parts department
Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
Excellent listening skills.
Strong organizational and communications skills.
Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
Loves a fast-paced environment.
Automotive service knowledge and mechanical aptitude a bonus
Pleasant and friendly workplace attitude
Strong computer skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Experience with PBS
The successful candidate with a positive attitude and detail orientated skillset will receive on the job and ongoing training.
