Your Role

  • Inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy, completeness, and condition. Recording and updating inventory records in ERP system.
  • Sorting, labeling, and organizing received goods for storage or further processing.
  • Participating in regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing outbound orders for shipment.
  • Creating shipping labels and documentation.
  • Communicating effectively with carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and pallet stacker safely and efficiently.
  • Performing routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized to facilitate efficient operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Following regulatory requirements related to handling, storage, and shipping of goods.
  • Properly handling hazardous materials.
  • Providing status updates to management as required.
  • Handling other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations in manufacturing environment
  • Experience with international shipping and export.
  • Experience with ERP systems.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • Computer literacy. Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform numerical calculations such as add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Excellent organizational skills
