Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: York Region, ON
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/year

Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Position Description:

• Follow up after hours via email, portals, or phone as needed.
• Handle all customer service duties per BOS Procedures (BOS 5/6)
• Pull and post EDI customer releases to the CMI system.
• Verify demand load accuracy before MRP run.
• Issue shipping worksheets to the Shipping Department in advance.
• Manage transportation, logistics, and premium freight for customer base
• Coordinate quality concerns with engineers and address customer engineering changes.
• Provide on-call support during non-business hours.
• Adhere to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good basic math skills
• Proficient in business applications
• Knowledge of automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer shipping procedures
• Highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Available to work on Canadian statutory holidays.
• Work one weekend per month (remote Saturday, half-hour Sunday portal check)
