Overview We are looking for someone with some experience in the industry. Having Breakfast⭐️, lunch and dinner experience would be helpful. You need to care about the food that's put out. Weekends are a must, full-time is available but you will have to be diligent and consistent. If you want full time, the quality and ability has to be up to standard. We will train you to be capable but that means starting off part-time. If you enjoy the cooking, have passion and a positive attitude, please apply. If you think this is a construction job where you just put things together or some fast food restaurant, do not bother. A good cook/chef needs to care about what he is doing, he needs to understand that he is serving others.

Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef/Cook or in a similar role within the food industry or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in meal preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
