We are seeking a full-time Residential Cleaner at our 695 Proudfoot Lane building which is located in a friendly community with lovely garden plots. We take pride in our buildings and as a Residential Cleaner, you would play an essential role in keeping buildings clean and tidy.
SUMMARY
Working Monday to Friday, this position is responsible for cleaning common areas at our 695 Proudfoot Lane residential building.

DUTIES
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wash floors
Wash doors and windows in common areas
Wash elevator doors and tracks
Dust furniture and baseboards
Clean chute rooms and covers
Bag and empty garbage and recycling
Wipe door knobs, lights, sconces, baseboards, exercise equipment, and extinguisher cabinets
Ensure supply room and mail area is clean and organized.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of related cleaning experience, preferably in residential buildings
Proficient spoken and written English
Courteous manners with the public
Punctual and reliable
Able to work independently of direct supervision
Criminal background check required
