Job Title: Real Estate and Office Services Global Procurement Consultant Location: Canada
Duration: 13 months
Description: The Real Estate & Office Services Procurement Consultant is responsible for delivering all real estate and office services sourcing, projects and contracts while reporting to the global sourcing senior manager. This includes spend categories including but not limited to: lease brokerage, managed service offices, construction, interiors, external project management, facilities management, and security. Your work, your choice. At client we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. We carefully consider agile ways of working, both formal and informal, that allow for the best impact for our people and our clients.
Duties include:
" Serve as a procurement advisor, consulting and advising internal partners, principals and executive level stakeholders on mission critical procurement initiatives
" Lead strategic sourcing (RFI/RFP) initiatives
" Negotiate high value contracts
" Manage key supplier relationships
Qualifications
Your professional experience
" Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
" Extensive strategic sourcing execution experience and strong negotiation strategy development skills
" Project management experience
" Strong interpersonal skills to drive coordination between legal and business stakeholders for contract completion
" Strong knowledge of agreement and contract templates
" Experience working independently
" Experience working in a virtual environment
" Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams and Project a plus
