Service Technician – Automation & Analytical Systems

This is an exciting, hands-on role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to work with high-end automation and analytical systems.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial analytical equipment and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and adjust electrical and automation components
• Conduct technical audits and assess customer needs
• Lead or support the implementation of small-to-mid-scale projects
• Handle and configure industrial equipment and related components
• Collaborate with buyers and parts clerks to provide accurate service quotes
• Plan, price, and coordinate service requests for customers
• Occasionally respond to urgent service calls during evenings/weekends (1–2 times/month)

What You Bring to the Team:

• DEC in Control Instrumentation or Industrial Electronics (or similar field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a service technician or field technician role
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with steam lines (an asset)
• Strong technical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Professional communication skills – written and spoken
• Customer-first mindset and a calm, confident approach under pressure
