Location:

Toronto and anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area. We work with lots of clients across the Greater Toronto Area, making the work location flexible.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Oversee front desk operations, including greeting patients warmly and managing calls with professionalism.
  • Appointment Coordination: Organize appointments, maintaining an up-to-date calendar to optimize clinic workflow.
  • Patient Processing: Facilitate smooth patient check-in and check-out processes, enhancing patient experience and clinic efficiency.
  • Insurance Handling: Manage the processing of patient insurance claims and verify insurance details with accuracy and discretion.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold strict health regulation compliance and maintain confidentiality of patient information, safeguarding clinic integrity.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with dental and medical staff to maintain efficient office workflow and support healthcare delivery.
  • EMR System Management: Help manage and operate electronic medical records systems, ensuring accurate and secure data handling.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing complex scheduling and patient interactions.
  • Proven experience in medical office administration, with a preference for candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in using EMR systems and office software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with healthcare professionals to support patient care and office efficiency.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to health regulations. • Punctuality, dependability, and a professional demeanor.
