About Your Role: As a remote entry level insurance agent, you will be responsible for:

• Setting your schedule, ensuring you are productive/using your time effectively
• Booking client appointments for yourself with the leads provided
• Meeting with clients (via zoom): explaining their pre-negotiated benefits and determining if they qualify for permanent coverage
• Answering client questions
• Monitoring and actively replying to emails
• Attending office trainings (via zoom)
• Clear communication within your team hierarchy

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must have a computer and reliable internet connection.
• Understanding of zoom, email, and excel
