What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervising front-of-house operations across breakfast, patio snack service, and dinner, banquets, rooms service
• Leading and supporting the service team with positivity, professionalism, and the occasional dance move
• Helping with opening and closing duties and making sure each shift starts and ends strong
• Jumping in where needed—seating, serving, clearing, or troubleshooting
• Creating a welcoming, polished, and relaxed vibe for guests throughout the day
• Coordinating with the kitchen team to keep service flowing smoothly
• Training new staff and supporting continued development of the crew
• Managing guest feedback with grace and turning small problems into great experiences
• Other duties as assigned to assist in Resort Operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead server role (bonus points if you've handled breakfast or patio service!)
• A calm, confident leadership style and the ability to energize a team
• A keen eye for detail—no crooked cutlery or cold fries on your watch
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A hands-on, team-first approach (you lead from the floor, not the sidelines)
• Flexibility to work early mornings, sunny afternoons, and dinner shifts including weekends and holidays
• NS Serve Right Certification required.
