We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Chemical Engineer to support our powder paint production team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for powder paints, ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze and test raw materials to maintain consistent production quality.
• Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Design new products and improve existing formulations.
• Ensure all chemical processes adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, processes, and quality control results.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and customers as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in paint or coatings production is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, formulations, and quality control processes in powder paint manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as OSHA, EPA, and REACH.
