The baker will manage the daily production schedule, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of all products. A keen eye for detail, creativity in presentation, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are key qualities for success in this role. The position requires early morning shifts, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for baking. Experience in a professional bakery environment is preferred.
