Job Summary: The Excalibur Accounting ERP Lead will serve as the primary expert and resource for the Excalibur ERP system, with a focus on accounting and financial processes. This role requires deep knowledge of the Excalibur ERP system, its accounting modules, and a strong ability to support, optimize, and train end-users on best practices. The Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide expert guidance on system functionality, and ensure that the ERP system aligns with financial reporting requirements and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical expert on the Excalibur platform, including all its modules and integrations.
• Lead the configuration and customization of the Excalibur platform to align with application or Excalibur platform requirements.
• Understand Integration with other enterprise systems

ERP System Expertise:

• Provide expert-level support and guidance on the Excalibur Accounting ERP system, specifically related to financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure that the ERP system configuration and customizations are in alignment with business needs and financial regulations.

Training and User Support:

• Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to use the Excalibur system effectively.
• Create and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials for both new and existing users.

System Updates and Maintenance:

• Monitor system performance and suggest/implement improvements and upgrades.
• Work with IT teams to plan, test, and deploy system updates and patches to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications:
Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems, with a focus on accounting modules.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically working with Excalibur Accounting ERP or a similar ERP system.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and best practices in ERP system implementation and support.
• Experience with ERP system integrations and customizations, specifically for finance-related processes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
