Are you the type of person that colleagues go to for answers because you know your stuff? Do you love helping others and supporting professional development in the workplace? Are you tired of working somewhere where your ideas get ignored and you're stuck doing things inefficiently because "that's how it's always been done"? If so, keep reading!

Everyone has some type of TV show or movie as their reference point for what personal injury law is all about. Believe it or not, we ask our clients what their reference point is because it helps us explain what we're actually about.

You see, we actually do GREAT work for our clients. We know we care. And, injury victims in the region need more of our help.

And, THAT'S where you come in.

We are looking for a motivated, passionate, obsessed individual to lead our legal support department and elevate the work our paralegals do every day! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is detail oriented and can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have experience in the legal field and be able to handle a variety of tasks such as being the go-to support person for junior paralegals and completing casework while paired with a Lawyer.

This is a role for someone with strong background of office-related skills, and experience working as a paralegal, whether or not it was in personal injury law. We need someone to take responsibility for:

  • Supporting junior paralegals and support staff by answering legal and procedural questions
  • Raising the bar for exceptional client experience (through rapid service and helping the legal team deliver results)
  • Making sure our systems are being used and processes followed

While we are more interested in you matching our core values as a law firm, leading our legal support team means being great with computers and would involve:

  • Leading weekly team meetings
  • Helping our Operations Manager by providing insights to ways our systems could better support our staff
  • Legal documents filing
  • Deadline tracking
  • Proactive file troubleshooting
  • Helping lawyers move cases forward to get great results for our clients

We are a culture-driven company, with strong values, huge goals and a bright future set for us. If you're sick of where you are and want to move forward to an exciting growth-oriented career, apply to join our team now.

Prospective candidates will be asked to complete a screening test to see if they are a good fit for us before proceeding to interviews.

Why join the rest, when you could join the best?

Thank You!
