Key Responsibilities:
- Install water heaters, furnaces, and other gas appliances in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and design specifications.
- Conduct inspections and accurately diagnose issues with gas appliances.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide high-quality customer service.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Requirements:
- G2 certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service and repair of gas appliances.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional, motivated, and self-managing attitude.
