We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and enhancing our overall business strategy.

Duties

Create outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.
Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong research skills to be able to generate your own leads
Strong cold calling skills
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Attention to detail, market observance and planning as per the changing business needs
Professional approach in problem solving, communication, B2B meets

Experience

Ideally 2+ years' experience in new business development and/or territory management roles
Experience in bringing client leads in service oriented business
Experience in lead generation and successfully converting them in business
Relevant business degree or experience
Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships internally and externally.
