We're on the hunt for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator and Power Platform Specialist to bring technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to our support and operations teams.

In this hybrid role, you'll be working hands-on with the latest in Microsoft technologies, playing a vital part in optimizing our Sales & Marketing platform and supporting end users across the business. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

What You'll Do

• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing environments.

• Develop and manage solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Monitor incoming incidents via ServiceNow, troubleshoot user issues, and escalate enhancements or bugs.

• Collaborate with internal development teams and Microsoft support to ensure seamless platform performance.

• Design and automate workflows, implement system upgrades, and maintain security protocols.

• Support and enhance integrations with other business systems and cloud platforms.

• Provide end-user training and documentation to boost adoption and system understanding.

• Stay current with Microsoft product updates and advocate for best practices to maximize platform value.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Administration and Power Platform.

• Proven expertise in Sales & Marketing modules of Dynamics 365.

• Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Strong background in Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, Azure SQL, etc.).

• Familiarity with system integrations, data migrations, and automation via PowerShell or Azure CLI.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure AD, and Microsoft security best practices.

• Great communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) are a big plus!
