Career Opportunity

CSN, A proud member of Drive Autogroup, is currently seeking a Body/Collision Shop Manager who takes pride in motivating and leading a team to achievement. This individual will be reporting to Collision Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of performance and quality of work within the Body Shop Department
  • Responsible for ensuring profitability of the Body Shop department
  • Ongoing collaboration with other department leaders
  • Planning and executing on objectives, goals and growth strategies
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with process and procedures
  • Maintain accurate repair order flow to satisfy shop and customer requirements
  • Supporting and motivating team members, developing a positive work environment
  • Assigning and monitoring job tasks and providing overall support to technicians, and other shop employees.
  • Manage and schedule the current capacity of repair, maintenance, refurbishment bays, service equipment, and tools for optimal use
  • Work to improve efficiencies and drive sales
  • Demonstrate a commitment delivering unparalleled service to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience retail automotive dealership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment, and repair practices and procedures
  • Post-Secondary Education Preferred
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent organizational, supervisory, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
