We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Planning Professional with 2-3 years of experience in the development, calibration, and use of hydraulic models. A background in stormwater planning/modelling would be advantageous. Essential Responsibilities & Duties
  • Contribute to wastewater/stormwater infrastructure planning and asset management projects, including master plans, intensification studies, infrastructure servicing studies, hydraulic modelling projects, and Class EA's.
  • Coordinate work within the larger infrastructure planning group.
  • Support technical tasks such as stormwater servicing, wastewater collection analysis, cost estimate development, and servicing strategy development.
  • Take responsibility for key project deliverables such as written reports, technical memos, client presentations, modelling outputs, and GIS mapping deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Professional qualification or designation in engineering, planning, technology, or environmental accreditation.
  • Exposure to wastewater and/or stormwater engineering.
  • Municipal engineering, design, and construction experience.
  • Familiarity with Canadian/GTA municipalities.
  • Experience with servicing and network analysis.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the development, calibration, and use of hydraulic models across a variety of platforms, including: InfoWorks ICM, SewerCAD/GEMs, MikeUrban, PCSWMM.
  • Exposure to GTA master planning and Class EA projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in and lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Proficiency with software and familiarity with GIS.
