Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background with experience in delivering and coordinating services in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting, mutual beneficial professional customer relationships.
  • Lead a group of technicians that provide equipment service, maintenance, and repairs for HVAC and Mechanical equipment.
  • Provide guidance and support to other HVAC technicians while efficiently managing their own tasks.
  • Assist in solving equipment problems and implementation of solutions to prevent future occurrence.
  • Provide technical assistance, training, development, motivation and leadership to the team.
  • Assist Service Manager with; Project planning, scheduling and prioritizing of contracts and extra work with follow up to ensure service is provided in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HVAC Regional Supervisors, Operations & Ainsworth support teams on contractual and service / maintenance issues to ensure client needs are met

  • Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable
  • Health, Safety and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations.
  • Adhere to the Company's Quality System operating procedures.
  • Assist and review quotes with Quotation Department.
  • Support Sales team to develop quotes for service and project related work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years previous experience as a certified Journeyperson or HVAR related experience and hold a
  • building maintenance.
  • Strong training and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
  • A good understanding of Ainsworth products and services
  • Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues
  • with tact, cooperation, and persistence while paying strict attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
