WHAT DOES A REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER DO?
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and profitability of parts, service and precision technology departments. The Regional Operations Manager works together with the Operations leadership team to develop and execute departmental and organization-wide goals.
This position is based out of Brandon, MB and frequent travel is required
  • Oversee and work closely with operational leaders in Parts & Service to develop and execute departmental plans
  • Establish annual targets for each department and location
  • Develop annual capital plans and strategies for parts, service, trucking and PT departments
  • Develop and implement quality service and management measures at all locations to support The Mazergroup Way
  • Understand, promote and support Mazergroup protocols at all levels
  • Develop consistent communication channels with operational managers, including utilizing Teams, conference calls and face-face-meeting
  • Working with VP People & Culture, collaborating on employee relations issues and solutions and develop training plan for operational managers
  • A minimum of 2 full days on-site at each location per month is required (Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday being office days)

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-level leadership role
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and achievement of financial results
  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategic development
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements and implications
  • Understanding and ability to use information systems
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office 365, including advanced excel capacity
  • Valid driver's license
