Location Requirements:
- Hybrid Position – Preferred location is the Greater Toronto Area, but candidates from other regions are welcome to apply.
- End User Engagement & Prospecting:
- Conduct targeted outreach to end users (e.g., IT managers, CIOs) via cold calls, emails, and networking to uncover maintenance service needs.
- Educate end users on the benefits of Axiom Maintenance Services vs. OEM offerings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Demand Generation:
- Develop campaigns (webinars, case studies, ROI tools) to highlight Axiom's value proposition.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and generate inbound leads.
- Opportunity Qualification:
- Assess end-user requirements, budget, and decision-making processes to prioritize high-potential leads.
- Document technical and business needs for seamless handoff to TAMs/partners.
- Collaboration with TAMs & Channel Partners:
- Partner with Territory Account Managers to align end-user opportunities with channel partner capabilities.
- Support partners in structuring proposals, pricing, and closing deals.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Track opportunities through closure, ensuring smooth transitions between demand generation and fulfillment.
- Provide post-sale feedback to improve service offerings.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor KPIs (lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, revenue impact) and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales or demand generation, preferably in IT maintenance, third-party services, or related fields.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level/IT decision-makers.
- Understanding of channel sales dynamics; experience collaborating with indirect partners is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-driven with a focus on results.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred:
- Experience in third-party maintenance, IT infrastructure, or hardware lifecycle management.
- Existing network of IT end-user contacts.
