FirstService Residential is looking for an individual to play a role in driving data-driven decision-making within our marketing department. Working via online resources to generate sales lead information based on identified opportunities. Development of appropriate databases, resources, and lists for the marketing and sales teams are also required.This position requires a highly analytical individual with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and toolsEssential Duties:
  • Manage data mining efforts in accordance with lead generation strategy.
  • Enters + distributes leads from all internal/external sources via Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
  • Maintains CRM database integrity by updating account, lead, and opportunity records on a regular basis.
  • Maintains prospect list, broken down by lead source, manager, or other identifiers.
  • Track website RFPs + web form results against CRM to ensure quality and volume of leads is sufficient.
  • Collaboration with business development directors to maintain the integrity of CRM.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 2+ years of sales support and/or operations experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (PowerBi, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot and Act-On
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
  • Customer-service mindset to solve issues
