Position Overview:

As the Assistant Manager, Service & Support, you will be the backbone of our daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and a positive team environment. You'll oversee staff training, workflow efficiency, and quality control while supporting both the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in executing the restaurant's vision.

Responsibilities:
  • Staff Leadership & Training: Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling a high-performing team while providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure seamless service, resolve guest concerns, and maintain high hospitality standards.
  • Operations & Efficiency: Oversee floor management, refine workflows, and support inventory and POS system management.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce food safety, liquor laws, and workplace policies while maintaining necessary permits and staff certifications.
What We're Looking For:
  • A natural leader with strong hospitality and people management skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Passion for teamwork, service excellence, and restaurant operations.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, POS systems, and operational best practices.
