Azure DevOps, Business Analysis, Agile Methodologies, business stakeholder management,
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify system capabilities and constraints.
• Analyze and document API specifications, system interactions, and data models.

Technical User Stories:

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and maintain work items in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring all requirements, tasks, and backlogs are properly documented and tracked.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

System Integration:

• Define and manage data mapping, schema structures, and system dependencies.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to deployments, performance, and system configurations.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
• Work with QA teams to define test cases and validate system behavior.
• Conduct impact assessments for new features to ensure business objectives align with technical feasibility.

Process Improvement & Documentation:

• Continuously improve BA best practices, documentation standards, and Agile methodologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system architecture diagrams.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced reporting.
