Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify system capabilities and constraints.
- Analyze and document API specifications, system interactions, and data models.
Technical User Stories:
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Manage and maintain work items in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring all requirements, tasks, and backlogs are properly documented and tracked.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
System Integration:
- Define and manage data mapping, schema structures, and system dependencies.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to deployments, performance, and system configurations.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Work with QA teams to define test cases and validate system behavior.
- Conduct impact assessments for new features to ensure business objectives align with technical feasibility.
Process Improvement & Documentation:
- Continuously improve BA best practices, documentation standards, and Agile methodologies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system architecture diagrams.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced reporting.
