Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking a Financial Manager with strong accounting and regulatory experience to join our team on a 1-year contract. Reporting to the CFO, this role oversees regulatory filings, financial reporting, variance accounting, payroll, and HR administration. The position also manages Administration and Collections Clerks and supports audits, budgeting, and compliance.

• Assist with regulatory filings, rate submissions, and financial reporting.
• Analyze regulatory accounts, billing variances, and financial data.
• Support IESO settlement process and compliance requirements.
• Oversee payroll administration, employee records, and benefits management.
• Manage and guide Administration & Collections Clerks.
• Assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and risk management.

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5-7 years of financial or regulatory experience (managerial experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• 35 hours/week (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Overtime as required
