What Do We Do?
Auto Leads Made Easy is a results-driven fintech company that connects customers seeking
auto financing with dealerships across Canada and the U.S. We specialize in helping
dealerships scale their internet and subprime sales departments through high-quality lead
generation, automation tools, and proven sales strategies.
About the Role
We're looking for a high-performing B2B Sales & Account Manager who can leverage
existing dealership connections and build new relationships to generate monthly invoicing of
$200K+—with a path to $500K–$1M/month and beyond.


You will help Auto Leads Made Easy close more car dealerships and powersports dealers by
selling them our lead services. We'll also run ads to generate leads that you'll manage and
convert into active clients.
What You'll Do


● Develop and grow a portfolio of dealership accounts across Canada and the U.S.
● Leverage your network and proactively reach out to new prospects via calls, emails, and
meetings (virtual or in-person).
● Take ownership of inbound leads from our marketing campaigns and convert them into
active, paying dealership clients.

● Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term retention and consistent
monthly revenue.
● Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to dealership partners for maximum
success.
● Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, track activity, and monitor performance.
● Engage in daily outreach—calling or visiting dealerships—to activate and grow your
client base.
Compensation Structure
We offer a hybrid model of base pay and performance-based commission:
● Base Salary: $3,000/month
● Commission Structure:
○ 10% on the first $100,000 in monthly invoicing
○ 8% on the next $100,000 (up to $200K/month)
○ 5% on the next $50,000 (up to $250K/month)
● Example:
Hitting a $200K/month target = $21,000/month total earnings
Higher earnings possible as you scale to $500K–$1M/month
You'll be given the tools and support to achieve high-income potential while helping dealerships scale their revenue.
What You Bring
● Experience in automotive sales, B2B account management, or finance
management is a strong asset.
● You're well-connected in the dealership world—or confident in your ability to build those
connections.

● Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
● A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive
revenue targets.
● Comfort using tools like CRMs, Slack, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and email automation.
Requirements
● Must be at least 19 years old.
● Valid driver's license.
● Able to pass a criminal background check.
● Must be fluent in English (French or Spanish is a bonus).

Job Type
● Full-time
● Monday to Saturday (8-hour shifts)
● Occasional weekends if needed


Salary Range
● $60,000 to $250,000+ per year (based on performance)
