As a Sales Consultant, you will meet and work with many different customers and prospective buyers to match them with a vehicle that suits their needs.

We ARE NOT COMMISSION-BASED!! We offer a base salary to provide you with financial stability plus the opportunity to earn additional bonuses. If you are motivated and driven, your opportunities are limitless – an average Sales Consultant earns around $72,000 but our top producers earn $130,000 +

Who is our Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous automotive sales experience is a bonus but is NOT necessary as we offer full training for the right candidate!
  • You consider yourself to be highly personable and influential with the ability to build and maintain relationships and trust – you will be working with many different customers to find the vehicle of their dreams!
  • You are well connected in the community and surrounding area from your involvement in extracurricular activities.
  • You are an out-of-the-box thinker and creative person – the resources you use to attract customers and sell vehicles can range from digital marketing, social media, community outreach and more!

More About the Role:

  • Meet with customers and prospective buyers - ask the right questions and listen carefully to understand their needs and wants and match them to a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances.
  • Be the product knowledge expert - Know our products inside and out including, product performance, optional packages and the latest technology.
  • Provide our customers with an exceptional experience from first contact to after-sales follow-up.
  • Overcome objections and work with our Sales Manager and Finance Manager to finalize the purchase.
  • Use technology to promote yourself and our vehicles and with the community via social media and other community involvement.
  • Source new and future customers and build your own loyal customer base.
