Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee complex accounting and assurance engagements
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or PSAB standards
Manage engagement planning, budgeting, billing, and resource allocation
Build strong client relationships and support business development
Mentor and develop staff, conduct reviews, and foster team growth
Stay current on industry trends and maintain professional education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designation (preferred)
6+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
