Job Description:

Car-On Auto Sales of Ottawa is looking to hire add another Automotive F&I Manager to its team.

Responsibilities:

• You are determined to provide every customer with the best options for financing and insurance coverage to suit their needs
• You follow up on credit applications and negotiate with lenders for the best approvals
• You present and sell aftermarket products (warranties and insurance) that would be a good fit for your customers
• You coordinate, schedule, and oversee all daily deliveries with sales staff and customers
• You work toward goals to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets
• You prepare and complete all required sales documents (purchase agreements, finance contracts, registration applications, etc.) accurately and in compliance with store policies and OMVIC regulations
• You build strong relationships with lending institutions and evaluate credit reports effectively
• You keep all customer information confidential
• You prioritize satisfaction for both customers and team members

Qualifications:

• Valid OMVIC license (or ability to obtain) and valid Driver's License
• Minimum of 2 years of F&I experience
• Strong people skills with clear communication (both spoken and written) and a focus on great customer service
• Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and strong at analyzing data
• Able to work quickly and stay organized under tight deadlines
• Skilled at negotiating, and solving problems
