Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategic Vision:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and operational plan for the wealth planning team, aligning with the firm's broader objectives.
- Define clear expectations, create scalable processes, and drive a culture of accountability, respect, diversity, and excellence.
- Build a collaborative and innovative team environment that supports continuous improvement and exceptional client service.
Tools & Templates Development:
- Refine existing, and design and implement new reusable tools, templates, and presentations to enhance team efficiency, consistency, and client service quality.
Client Service & Wealth Planning:
- Oversee the delivery of customized financial, tax, and estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients, ensuring technical excellence and strategic insight.
- Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and clients' external Professional advisors (e.g., accountants, lawyers) to develop tailored solutions to complex planning needs.
- Initiate and lead the financial planning process, including developing assumptions, creating detailed plans, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
Team Management & Mentoring:
- Manage the workload, deadlines, and priorities of the wealth planning team to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality outputs.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Risk Management:
- Establish and monitor processes to mitigate risks and ensure the highest standards of technical expertise, resulting in a seamless and reliable client experience.

Qualifications and Experience
We are seeking a talented individual who combines technical expertise, a process-driven approach, strong leadership skills, and a client-centric focus. Key qualifications include:
Professional Credentials:
- CPA designation is required; additional designations such as CFP, TEP, CLU, or FEA are highly regarded.
Technical Expertise:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tax, estate, and financial planning.
- Completion of advanced tax courses (e.g., CPA In-Depth Tax, Tax Planning for Owner Managers, MTax or similar) is an asset.
- Familiarity with Conquest financial planning software is beneficial.
Leadership and Communication:
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams and building scalable processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate sophisticated tax, estate, and financial planning strategies effectively.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
