Join our authorized Harley Davidson dealership with The Rock Harley-Davidson in Sudbury, ON and youll see how serious we are about Harleys. We are looking for a keen, well-organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy SUPERSTAR to join our team as the Parts Advisor.

What you'll be doing:

  • Process part orders quickly, courteously, and professionally.
  • List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets.
  • Write purchase orders for parts and update records and customer files.
  • Maintain warranty and special parts inventory.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized by putting away loose stock.
  • Help maintain parts catalogues, price schedules, and other bulletins.
  • Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services.

What we are looking for:

  • Bring a fervent passion for Harley's and accessories.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in parts and systems.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric approach with an outgoing personality, whether in-person or over the phone.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all paperwork and reports.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset.
  • Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers.
  • Computer literate.
