Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Client: Service New Brunswick (SNB)
Work Mode: Remote ( The successful candidate could be allowed to work from a remote work location in Canada upon approval from the evaluation committee. No matter where the resource is located in Canada, the business hours will be from 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM Atlantic time.)
Start Date: 01-Apr-2025
End Date: 31-March-2026
Project Duration: 12 months (with potential for 3 one-year extensions)
No of Submission: Each vendor may submit up to 2 candidates
Hours per day: 7.25 hours
Hours per week: 36.25 hours
All Inclusive Pay Rate: $90 105 per hour
Extension: Possible for up to three additional one-year terms Mandatory Skills & Experience:
The candidate must meet the following mandatory requirements:
No. Requirement Required M1 University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. YES M2 Recent programming and design experience. 8 years M3 Certified Salesforce developer. Provide proof of certification. 5 years M4 Experience in full lifecycle delivery using Agile 5 years
Proposals that do not clearly demonstrate the capability to meet these mandatory requirements will be disqualified from further consideration.

No. Scored Requirement Required Experience S1 Demonstrated experience using programming languages such as Java, Javascript, php, C#, Apex. 3 years gained in the last 5 years S2 Demonstrated experience designing and building IT solutions within government services, specifically in the Health and/or Social Services sectors. 3 years gained in the last 5 years S3 Development experience on the salesforce platform including Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and Aura components. 3 years gained in the last 5 years S4 Demonstrated experience configuring and developing for Salesforce Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 3 years gained in the last 5 years S5 Demonstrated experience in Salesforce declarative development tools such as process builder, workflow rules and Flows. 3 years gained in the last 5 years S6 Demonstrated experience using Agile tools such as Scrumworks, Jira, Git, Azure DevOps, etc. 3 years gained in the last 5 years S7 Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Translation Workbench and multi-lingual implementations. 3 years gained in the last 5 years

Three refere nces, for whom similar work has been performed should be provided with response or must be provided within one (1) Business Day, upon written request. The most recent reference should be listed first. Required Documents:
Vendors must submit the following documents with their proposal:
  1. Resume (maximum 5 pages).
  2. At least 2 client references , including name, title, project description, and role details.
  3. Signed Conflict of Interest Declaration .
1. Deliverables The successful candidate must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement:
  • Skillset of an Intermediate/Senior Salesforce Developers to help in the modernization of the NB Families application to the Salesforce Platform.
  • Work in an Agile environment and be able develop as well as suggest best practices as the development is completed.
2. Criteria for Immediate Disqualification Candidates will be immediately disqualified from the competition if:
  • The proposal does not fully demonstrate compliance with the Mandatory Requirements
  • they do not score at least 70% on the Scored Requirements defined in Section 4.
  • they are unavailable during the timeframe indicated in Section 8.
