Thanks to our ongoing success, we're now looking for a new Sales Representative to join our team. As our newest team member, you will enjoy a positive, tight-knit atmosphere, along with three main responsibilities: * Develop leads * Market appropriate products and services * Establish customer relationships and follow up Existing clients will connect with you for a number of issues, including policy changes, renewals, reviews, and more complex billing questions. Your goal will be to provide them with exceptional service, and leave them feeling happy, every time. You'll take a proactive approach to understand their needs, so we can provide them the service and options that make sense for them, save them money, and better protect their lives Working @ Jane Hill Agency – State Farm This is a full time, permanent position based out of Hyde Park, London, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a competitive base salary and bonus structure commensurate with experience. Your total compensation will increase with your tenacity, your drive and, ultimately, the sales you make. Qualifications If you are passionate about customer service, helping others, and are committed to building a career in insurance, then we would love for you to apply. Here's what we're definitely looking for: * Experience in a fast-paced, customer service or sales role * Experience using Microsoft Office in a business environment * Experience meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets * High school education * General insurance license (or able to obtain immediately) * Life and health license (or able to obtain within 6 months) * Mutual fund license (or able to obtain) And here's what would be a major asset: * Experience working in the insurance industry How to Apply Our online application will give you the option to apply to this role as a complete person – not just a resume.
