As they continue to modernize and expand their digital footprint, they're looking for a skilled marketer who understands how to tell compelling stories and drive results online.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (website, email, social media, paid ads)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta/Facebook campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Maintain and improve the company website, including SEO, content updates, and landing page creation
- Create engaging content tailored for contractors, builders, and retail customers (blog posts, videos, social media, email newsletters)
- Manage email marketing campaigns (product launches, promos, customer outreach)
- Monitor and report on KPIs using Google Analytics and other tools
- Work closely with sales and operations to align digital efforts with business goals
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and digital tools
- 2–5 years of digital marketing experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to a contractor/retail audience
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or Shopify)
- Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other performance tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strong attention to detail
- Bonus: Knowledge or passion for construction, renovation, or building materials
- Competitive salary based on experience - 55,000 to 65,000
