Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a positive manner, in person or over the phone.
• Supporting promotions and facilitating upselling by selling a diverse line of products.
• Lead a team to ensure excellent customer service is maintained by all.
• Assisting the Branch Manager with administrative tasks as required.
• Handling transactions such as sales, returns, and defectives efficiently.
• Ensuring accuracy of customers' orders when placed.
• Use the store's POS to order products, and check promotions and customer accounts.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.

Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent Oral and Written skills (English).
• 2+ years' experience in the Industrial Tools & Parts sector would be well-regarded.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office.
• Excellent focus on customer service.
• Proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
• Full-Time Position.
• Reliable Transportation is an asset.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and reach, for the entirety of shift.
• Lifting is required (up to 50 Lbs).
