Job Summary:
Title: IT & Systems Manager
Location: Hybrid; primarily remote, but with occasional travel to Toronto Provincial Office or a regional office as needed
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: $90,000 - $94,000/year
Duration: One-year contract
Role: New Role

Position Summary:

The IT and Systems Manager will develop and implement best practices for IT infrastructure, digital assets, and customer relationship management systems. Working closely with the IT and Systems Director, external vendors, and contractors, this role focuses on optimizing system performance and driving user adoption. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements, troubleshooting technical challenges, and leading digital transformation initiatives to support Autism Ontario's mission. Experience with enterprise-level IT projects is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce and HubSpot CRMs to enhance data management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage CiviCRM, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and integrated platforms to improve productivity, collaboration, and data security.
  • Lead website management efforts, ensuring optimal performance, security, accessibility, and compliance with AODA and WCAG standards.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR) across all systems.
  • Manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics for different teams.
  • Manage software procurement, vendor relationships, and contracts related to CRM, website, and IT services.
  • Manage the introduction of AI, automation, and analytics to enhance digital engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges across systems, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless functionality.
  • Manage and maintain content management systems (WordPress, Drupal) and website integrations with customer relationship management and marketing automation tools.
  • Implement analytics tracking, SEO best practices, and performance monitoring tools to drive data-driven improvements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to improve team engagement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other teams internally at Autism Ontario as well as external stakeholders.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff adoption and effective use of CRM, digital tools, and automation workflows while building our internal knowledge base.
  • Occasionally, support for critical events and programs may require working outside regular business hours or on weekends. Additionally, incident management may necessitate after-hours or weekend work until technical issues are fully resolved.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or 5 plus years related work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, CiviCRM is a nice to have.
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in website management, SEO, UX design, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal).
  • Demonstrated experience with data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to train and support staff in CRM and website management.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, API integrations, and marketing platforms.
  • Fluency in written and oral French is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to principles of social justice, neurodiversity, equity, inclusion, anti- racism, anti-Black racism, anti-ableism
