The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is seeking a Senior Configuration Specialist with expertise in WorkForce Software Configuration and experience in Time and Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling. The candidate should have experience in a transit or public sector environment, specifically in handling collective bargaining agreement rules.
The role involves leading TTC's WorkForce Software (WFS) configuration, including:
- Design, configure, and test business rules (including collective bargaining rules) in WorkForce Software.
- Deliver design and technical development for WorkForce Software modules (Time and Attendance, Time Off Request, Advanced Scheduler, WFS Reporting, Advanced Analytics).
- Provide expertise for test script creation, execution, defect resolution, and system integration.
- Support WorkForce Solution training and business process re-engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a WorkForce Software Configuration Consultant.
- Experience with at least two large-scale WorkForce Software Time & Attendance implementations in environments with 3000+ collective bargaining agreement time rules.
- WFS Certification in Configuration for Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Leave Request, and Scheduling.
- Strong experience in:
- Reviewing and assessing business requirements and mapping them to WorkForce Solution.
- Designing, configuring, and testing collective bargaining agreement rules in WorkForce Software.
- Supporting integration design between cloud and on-premise applications.
- WorkForce CJS Job Scheduling Configuration.
