Forge Recruitment has been engaged to recruit for an Advisor, Digital Marketing position with a well-established firm. This is a 12-month contract role covering a maternity leave, where you would play a key role in executing the firm's digital marketing strategy and managing integrated campaigns.
About the Role
A key focus of this role will be leading the firm's website migration project, ensuring a smooth transition and optimizing digital content. You will also collaborate with internal teams to support business development, brand visibility, and client engagement efforts.
The Offer
The role offers a salary of $90K - $100K with benefits, up to 4 weeks of vacation, a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, with flexibility), core hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the potential to transition into a permanent position.
What You Bring
To qualify for this role, candidates should have a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in professional services or legal marketing), expertise in developing and executing tailored strategies, strong knowledge of SEO, content optimization, multi-channel campaigns, and website migration, proven leadership in team management, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing platforms, and analytics tools (with familiarity in CMS, CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite as a plus).
