Are you a seasoned Senior Service Advisor or Shop Manager ready to take the lead at a high-end independent automotive repair shop? We're a premium 6-bay shop in Toronto looking for a hands-on Shop Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations, support our team of experienced technicians, and help drive the business forward.
About the Role:
As our new Shop Manager / Service Advisor, you'll wear multiple hats—overseeing the shop floor, managing inventory, handling customer interactions, scheduling jobs, and streamlining operations. You'll be the go-to leader for our close-knit team and a key contributor to the shop's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage daily shop workflow and technician schedules
Act as the main point of contact for customers—providing exceptional service and building trust
Oversee parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
Track work orders, invoicing, and ensure timely service delivery
Identify growth opportunities and help implement strategies to improve shop performance
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Compensation:
Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/year
Commission structure based on shop profitability

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Shop Manager
Experience in independent shops repair shops or all makes and model, repair facilities is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
A customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier service
Ability to motivate and support a team of mechanics
Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and parts sourcing
