About the Role

The position will play a key role in maintaining financial procedures, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive company success. This role will support the Sr. Controller to assure smooth flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Sr. Controller
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, supporting the AP/AR Clerk as needed
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and journal entries
• Assure compliance of day to day procedures
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support Sales & Operations teams
• Assist with financial statements, month-end, and year-end reporting
• Support budget forecasts and financial modeling
• Supporting Sr. Controller with Year & Month end closing
• Supporting Sr. Controller with cash flow management

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• CPA certification (or working towards it) preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience (7-10 years preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
