Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a seamless sales process from order to delivery.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify sales opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
- Support the Outside Sales team with quoting, project coordination, and high-level client interactions.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, claims, and service needs.
- Work closely with the leadership team on strategic sales initiatives and business growth.
- Work closely with the Trucking Coordinator to arrange logistics and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in building materials or wood products.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (comfortable working with numbers and data-driven decisions).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to change.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
