Shop Service Job Description
At Bobcat of the Tri Cities we pride ourselves on building long lasting relationships with our customers and ensuring we provide a top notch experience from start to finish. As part of Shop service manager role it will be your job to ensure we provide top notch service from start to finish of every service transaction. It will be important to have a proactive approach on quoting, follow up, customer communication and billing and warranty.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Handling incoming calls/emails/ texts for service and getting all customer information
- Clear communication to customer on repairs and what is needed
- Providing repair estimates, and getting approvals to complete service/ repairs
- Scheduling shop service techs time effectively & efficiently
- Completing repair write ups, review of work order accuracy and customer billing
- Reaching out to customers whos machine are due for service to schedule appointments
- Providing customers with updates on repairs and when machines are complete
-Managing all warranty repairs and ensuring proper documentation is submitted for approval
