Our Member is looking to hire a 309A Licensed Electrician, to join their team in Hamilton, ON.
We are looking for a 309A licensed electrician with the experience expertise and ability to lead and organize projects to join our team in Hamilton and GTA.
Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial, commercial and residential settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards or defects
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatuses, and components using test equipment and hand tools
• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code

Requirements:

• Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification
• 2-3 years of experience required
• Proven experience as a Journeyperson Electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Salary: $35.00-$45.00/hr
